In-House Digital Lab

Your New Teeth, Designed and Built Under One Roof.

Smile design, prototype fabrication, and final zirconia milling all happen on-site — nothing shipped out, nothing waiting on an outside lab's schedule.

Why It's Different

Nothing Outsourced, Nothing Delayed

Most dental practices send implant cases out to a third-party lab — sometimes across the country — and wait days or weeks for a restoration to come back. Every step of that process is a chance for miscommunication, delay, or a fit that doesn't quite match what was planned.

At Amazing Smiles, the entire digital workflow happens in-house: AI-assisted smile design, same-day fixed teeth fabrication, prototype fabrication after healing, and final zirconia milling. The same team that plans your case is the team building your teeth.

The Digital Workflow

From Scan to Final Smile

1

CBCT 3D Scan

A detailed 3D scan of your jaw and existing anatomy is taken at your free consultation — no obligation, and no guesswork about what your bone can support.

2

AI-Assisted Smile Design

Using that scan, your new smile is digitally designed — tooth shape, size, and bite all mapped out before surgery ever begins. You review and approve the design before moving forward.

3

Same-Day Fixed Teeth, Milled On-Site

On surgery day, after implant placement, your same-day fixed teeth — a durable, non-removable provisional set — are fabricated in the in-house lab and delivered the same day.

4

Healing & Prototype

After 2–3 months of healing, a new scan captures your fully healed anatomy. A prototype is fabricated in-house for you to review and approve before the final restoration is built.

5

Final Zirconia, Milled In-House

Your final zirconia restoration is milled on-site using CAD/CAM technology, typically 2–4 weeks after prototype approval — fitted to your fully healed tissue, not swollen post-surgical anatomy.

The Technology Behind It

CAD/CAM Milling, On-Site

This is the same milling equipment that produces your final zirconia restoration — not a photo from a manufacturer's brochure, but the actual machine in our office that builds your teeth.

CAD/CAM (computer-aided design and manufacturing) technology allows for precise, consistent milling directly from your digital smile design — without the case ever leaving the building.

Why This Matters

What In-House Actually Changes

01

Faster Turnaround

No shipping restorations across the country and waiting for them to come back — prototypes and final restorations are built on-site, on a timeline the practice controls.

02

Tighter Quality Control

The same team that scanned your anatomy and designed your smile is the team milling your restoration — not a disconnected lab working from a file with no context.

03

Real-Time Adjustments

If something needs to be refined between design and delivery, it happens on-site — not through another round of shipping and waiting.

04

Consistency From Start to Finish

Your smile design, your prototype, and your final restoration are all built from the same digital plan — nothing gets lost in translation between providers.

05

Same-Day Fixed Teeth, Done Right

Fabricating same-day teeth in-house means they're built specifically for your case on surgery day — not pulled from a pre-made inventory.

06

A Genuine Rarity

A fully in-house digital lab — covering design, prototyping, and final milling — is uncommon even among full-arch implant specialists.

The Dr. Jandali Approach

Precision Without the Wait

1

We do not rush the final restoration

Having the lab on-site means there's no external pressure to deliver the final zirconia before healing is complete. Timing is dictated by your anatomy, not a lab's shipping schedule.

2

Every restoration is planned by the specialist treating you

Dr. Jandali oversees the digital design process directly — it isn't handed off to a separate technician working from a file with no clinical context.

3

One team, one plan, start to finish

From your first CBCT scan to your final zirconia delivery, the same in-house team is involved at every stage — not a rotating cast of outside vendors.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Does an in-house lab mean my treatment is faster overall? +

It removes shipping and outside-lab wait times from the equation, but your overall timeline is still driven by proper healing — typically 4–6 months total. We don't rush the final restoration just because the lab is faster.

Is the same-day fixed teeth material the same as the final restoration? +

No. Same-day fixed teeth are made of a high-density zirconia-filled nano-hybrid resin — durable and non-removable, but a provisional material. The final restoration, milled after full healing, is true zirconia.

Do most dental practices have an in-house lab like this? +

No — most practices, including many full-arch implant providers, send cases to outside labs for fabrication. A fully in-house digital workflow covering design, prototyping, and final milling is uncommon.

Who actually designs my smile? +

Dr. Jandali is directly involved in the digital smile design process, using your CBCT scan and AI-assisted design tools — you review and approve the design before treatment moves forward.
