Before You Arrive
You'll receive detailed pre-op instructions from our team in advance, including any fasting guidelines ahead of sedation and what medications to take or pause. Arrange for someone to drive you home afterward — you won't be able to drive yourself.
Arrival & Check-In
You'll settle in, we'll confirm your treatment plan one more time, and get you comfortable before sedation begins.
Sedation Begins
IV sedation is administered with full monitored anesthesia care — ECG, blood pressure, oxygen, and breathing all monitored throughout. You'll be comfortable and unaware for the procedure itself.
The Procedure
Any remaining problem teeth are removed, bone is refined as needed, and your implants are placed — positioned according to your specific anatomy from your CBCT scan and approved smile design.
Same-Day Teeth Delivered
While you recover from sedation, our in-house Digital Lab fabricates your same-day fixed teeth. They're attached before you leave — you don't go home without a smile.
Recovery & Going Home
You'll rest until you're steady and clear-headed, receive detailed aftercare instructions, and head home with your driver. Most patients spend the rest of the day resting.

By the time surgery day arrives, your CBCT scan and smile design are already approved — there are no surprises about what's being done. Our team gives you specific pre-op instructions ahead of time covering fasting before sedation, medications, and anything else specific to your case. Plan to have someone available to drive you home; sedation means you won't be cleared to drive yourself afterward.

Your same-day fixed teeth — made from a high-density nano-hybrid resin, not acrylic and not your final zirconia restoration — are fabricated in our in-house Digital Lab and attached before you leave. They're fixed and non-removable, not a denture.
Same visit, before you go homeRecovery & Going Home
You'll rest in our office until you're steady and ready to go, and we'll walk you and your driver through detailed aftercare instructions — what to eat, how to manage any swelling or discomfort, and what to expect over the following days. Most patients rest for the remainder of the day.

A Driver
Sedation means you cannot drive yourself home. Arrange for someone to bring you and pick you up — some patients also like having that person nearby during recovery for support.
