Treatment Timeline

Life Changing Transformation is as Little as Five Steps

1

Free Consultation

This begins the process to determine if you are a candidate for the procedure.  During the consultation, we will get to know your story, pains, and goals.  We will also complete a 3-D CT scan of your jaws and present the appropriate solutions that best fits your case and goals.  At the end of the consultation visit, you will be presented with a treatment plan with the all in inclusive fee along with financing options.

2

Digital Smile Design

During this visit, we gather all the information needed for the procedure. This may include measurements of the jaws, digital scans of the face and bite. You will discuss with the prosthodontist and laboratory technician your smile desires so we can best customize the design of your case. Final arrangements are made for the day of the procedure. If scheduling permits, we can combine steps 1 and 2 into one visit.

3

Day of the Procedure

This is the day where the transformation happens. Under IV sedation, we will place the necessary implants and begin the process of making your temporary restoration. You will leave this day with your new smile or return the next day for installation of your new teeth. We will then follow up with you during the next several weeks to ensure proper healing and functionality of your new smile.

4

Making of New Permanent Teeth

After several weeks of healing have passed, we will begin the process of making your new permanent implant teeth. The new teeth will be made of zirconia ceramics, a very strong, durable, and beautiful looking material. We will custom design the new teeth based on any feedback we receive from you during the healing phase you had with the temporaries.

5

Follow up and Maintenance

A proper follow up and maintenance protocol is essential for long term success and health of your new implants and teeth. Your first maintenance visit is included in your treatment. We recommend a four month interval maintenance protocol during the first year followed by a six month interval thereafter.
