A free, no-obligation consultation with Dr. Jandali, including a 3D CBCT scan of your jaw. This is where your case gets planned around your actual anatomy — not a fixed protocol.
AI-Assisted Smile Design
Same appointment or the next one, your new smile is digitally designed and reviewed with you. You approve the design before surgery is ever scheduled.
Surgery Day
Extractions, bone refinement, and implant placement, followed by same-day fixed teeth — fabricated in-house and delivered before you leave. You walk out with a full, non-removable set of teeth the same day. Because everything is done in-house, surgery can often be scheduled very close to your consultation — even the next day if you're ready, which is why many out-of-town patients plan their whole visit in one trip.
Healing
2–3 months of osseointegration, where your implants fuse with your jawbone. You're living life on your same-day fixed teeth this whole time — not a denture, not removable.
Prototype Scans & Approval
Once healing is complete, we scan for your prototype — a preview of your final teeth — and you approve the fit, shape, and look before we mill anything final.
Final Zirconia Delivery
2–4 weeks after prototype approval, your final zirconia restoration is delivered — milled in-house, built to fit the mouth you actually have after full healing, not the one you had on surgery day.

Consultation & CBCT 3D Scan
This is where the real planning starts. Dr. Jandali reviews your CBCT scan personally — not a technician, not a scheduler — and talks through what your anatomy actually supports. This is also the appointment where second opinions happen: if you've been told no elsewhere, this is your chance to find out why, and whether that "no" still holds up.
Same day — no obligationAI-Assisted Smile Design
Using your scan, our in-house Digital Lab designs your new smile — shape, size, proportions — and you see it before anything is scheduled. Nothing moves forward until you've approved the design.
Same or next appointmentSurgery Day
Under IV sedation with full monitored anesthesia care, any remaining problem teeth are removed, the bone is refined as needed, and your implants are placed — positioned based on your anatomy, not a fixed implant count. Your same-day fixed teeth, made from a high-density nano-hybrid resin, are fabricated in our lab and delivered before you go home. You never leave without teeth.
Because our Digital Lab handles design and fabrication entirely in-house, we're not waiting on an outside lab to schedule your surgery — it can often happen very close to your consultation date, and in some cases as soon as the next day if you're ready. This is one reason many out-of-town patients plan their consultation and surgery together in a single trip, saving on travel time and arrangements.
One appointmentHealing (Osseointegration)
Your implants need time to fuse with your jawbone before they can safely support a final, rigid restoration. This is also the step where corners get cut elsewhere — some providers deliver a final restoration here, before healing is actually finished, which can mean a poor fit later as your tissue settles into its final shape.
2–3 monthsPrototype Scans & Approval
Once you're fully healed, we scan again and build a prototype — essentially a preview of your final teeth in the material and shape we're proposing. You try it, we adjust anything that needs adjusting, and nothing is milled as final until you sign off.
One appointmentFinal Zirconia Delivery
Your final restoration is milled in-house from your approved prototype and delivered. Because it's built to fit your fully healed mouth, it fits the way it's supposed to — not the way a same-day estimate assumed it would.

No. You receive fixed, non-removable teeth the same day as your surgery, and you keep them throughout healing until your final zirconia restoration is ready.
Your tissue is still swollen and changing shape for weeks after surgery. Fitting a final, rigid zirconia restoration to that tissue too early can mean it no longer fits well once healing is complete. Waiting means a better, longer-lasting fit.
Yes. You still leave Day 1 with a complete, fixed, functional new smile — the phased option just gives you flexible time, up to 12–18 months, before completing your final zirconia upgrade, so you can pace the cost rather than pay it all at once. Replacement provisionals are covered throughout.
