Instead, Dr. Jandali places implants at strategic points across the gap — typically at each end, and sometimes one in the middle for a longer span — and connects them with a single fixed bridge that recreates every tooth in between.
The bridge is designed digitally and milled from durable zirconia in the practice's own In-House Digital Lab, then permanently secured to the implants. There's no clasp resting on a natural tooth, no acrylic base sitting on your gums, and nothing to take out at night.

Missing Teeth Between Two Natural Teeth
When the gap has a healthy natural tooth on both sides — say, three missing teeth toward the front or middle of the arch — a conventional bridge would normally require grinding down those two healthy anchor teeth to hold a bridge. An implant bridge skips that entirely: implants placed within the gap itself support the new teeth, so your natural teeth on either side stay untouched and unloaded.
Missing Back Teeth With Nothing Behind Them
This is the classic case where a removable partial is often presented as the only option — there's no back tooth left to anchor a fixed bridge to the way a tooth-bound gap allows. That's exactly where implants change the equation: placed directly in the back of the arch, they give a fixed bridge something solid to attach to on both ends, eliminating the clasp-and-saddle design and the instability that comes with it.
